XPS Glencore Canada Corporation is seeking a seasoned Chief Hydro metallurgist to oversee innovative consulting assignments. This role demands expertise in process development, optimization, and strategic studies tailored to client needs. You will mentor technical staff and be instrumental in expanding XPS's consulting practice while delivering practical metallurgical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop testing programs for hydrometallurgical processes

• Lead flowsheet design and process optimization

• Conduct productivity and operational performance studies

• Troubleshoot and optimize metallurgical operations

• Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of hydrometallurgical experience

• Expertise in process design and optimization

• Previous consulting or plant operations experience

• P.Eng. designation preferred
