WSP Bridge Engineer - Intermediate Level

WSP is on the lookout for an Intermediate Engineer to join our Ontario Bridge Team in either Thunder Bay or Sudbury. Your primary focus will be on the design and analysis of bridges and civil structures. Collaborate with experienced professionals, leveraging your skills in a supportive environment while delivering on federal and provincial mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspections and bridge design for various structures

• Manage bridge projects and coordinate with design teams

• Draft engineering specifications, contract documents, and reports

• Conduct cost estimates and prepare tender forms

• Review shop drawings, providing support during construction

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering required

• Licensed Professional Engineer with 3-7 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of bridge technologies and design principles

• Experience in proposal writing and inspections

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
