In this Intermediate role at WSP, you’ll lead projects from electrical design through to successful execution. Support our mining and industrial clients by performing essential power system studies and developing design specifications.
Your role will include mentoring others and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design control systems for industrial applications
• Conduct analyses including arc-flash and short-circuit
• Create specifications for switch gear and transformers
• Validate designs through site evaluations
• Facilitate coordination among engineering teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years of engineering design experience
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) status
• Familiarity with CSA and IEEE standards
• Experience in industrial environments like refineries
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
