Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems

• Guide junior operators with site checks and mentorship

• Monitor and optimize treatment performance processes

• Inspect facilities and troubleshoot operational issues

• Manage operational records and regulatory responses

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years operational experience in the sector

• Proven track record in troubleshooting and maintaining systems

• Knowledge of operational reporting and compliance

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Current Ontario Drinking Water Operator Certification
