Hexagon's Integrated Machine Systems division seeks a Team Lead for Product. In this role, you will transform business demands into clear product requirements while managing the transfer of designs into production. Collaboration with R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams is crucial to ensure high-quality outputs in a technology-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product engineering from design to production transfer

• Translate business requirements into actionable product specs

• Manage product lifecycle and change documentation

• Define manufacturing and quality assurance instructions

• Oversee qualification tests for lifecycle changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or similar

• 5+ years in product engineering within technology sectors

• Proven leadership in managing interdisciplinary teams

• Experience in transitioning projects to production

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is preferred
