Position: Expert Product Support Service for Komatsu

Become a key player in Komatsu as a Factory Product Support Specialist based in Lively, Ontario. This hybrid position represents an opportunity to share your expertise in underground mining systems while working globally.

Reporting to the Factory Product Support Lead, you will be the technical expert supporting customers with product commissioning and advanced technical training. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and document improvements in operational performance, while responding to complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on technical training for diverse user groups

• Generate comprehensive product issue reports for stakeholders

• Engage in field-testing of equipment to ensure safety

• Support warranty claims processing with accurate data

• Create technical reports and maintain system documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in heavy equipment mechanics or related field

• Seven years of relevant underground mining experience

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%

• High voltage electrical technology certification

• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
