This managerial role focuses on steering the global Controls & Automation Engineering strategy. You will lead a talented engineering team to create standardized controls architectures while collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines. Key responsibilities also include harmonizing automation platforms and developing autonomous capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee global controls and automation engineering integration
• Define architectural strategies for underground machinery systems
• Standardize electrical and software frameworks globally
• Manage software lifecycle processes and cybersecurity standards
• Conduct root cause analysis for system integration challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
• 10 years of progressive engineering experience
• 5 years leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of embedded control and automation systems
