This full-time position offers a chance to lead small to medium projects in the Electrical discipline  will be responsible for ensuring quality, cost, and schedule requirements while interfacing with clients and project teams. Take charge of electrical engineering services to meet statutory specifications and enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver electrical engineering services on time and within budget

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams effectively

• Supervise preparation of engineering designs and project scopes

• Support resource management and workload balancing

• Attend client meetings and conduct design reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of electrical engineering experience

• Proven record of leading engineering projects and teams

• Strong understanding of mining facilities and standards

• Familiar with digital and 3D engineering tools

• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario
