WSP is seeking a Senior Project Engineer skilled in land development and municipal infrastructure. You will oversee project delivery, from concept through construction, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to regulatory processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from design to construction

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets effectively

• Build relationships with municipal and public-sector clients

• Navigate regulatory approvals for efficient project delivery

• Champion innovation and engineering best practices
Requirements:

• 10-15+ years in land development and municipal engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario

• Expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Experience in client engagement and business development

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel
