Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of metallurgists in Ontario
• Oversee metallurgical studies for new facilities
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Review metallurgical deliverables for quality assurance
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
• 15+ years in metallurgical design and engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in good standing
• Proven leadership in technical teams
• Strong business development capabilities
