As part of the Magna Mining team, the Mining Engineer will oversee the planning and optimization of mining operations. This role emphasizes the significance of safety, effective scheduling, and production targets. Leveraging your technical knowledge, you will conduct analyses to identify improvement opportunities within operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in ventilation systems and safety monitoring

• Design and assess drill and blast plans

• Formulate mine plans aligned with production

• Create underground mine layouts and infrastructure

• Analyze operational data for efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent

• 3+ years in mining or planning roles

• Familiarity with mine planning software advantageous

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations

• Proficient communication and collaboration skills
