As the Team Lead, you will oversee a highly skilled group of engineers, ensuring adherence to Stantec's Engineering Practices. Your responsibilities include providing technical mentorship and managing project deliverables for various power line projects. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to enhance project quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a talented team in successful project execution
• Manage expectations and provide direction for each project
• Mentor engineers while handling team workload and priorities
• Perform quality checks on engineering deliverables
• Support recruitment and staff development initiatives
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in transmission line engineering
• Relevant engineering degree and professional registration
• Strong understanding of transmission design practices
• Experience with PLS software suite
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
