• Assist in month‑end closing activities which include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables function, posting of journals, inventory count reconciliation, balance sheet schedule and fixed assets schedule.
• Process supplier batch payment / ad‑hoc supplier payment.
• Perform intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation.
• Handle and provide guidance to local accounting team on day‑to‑day operational financial matters.
• Assist in compliance matters such as auditor and tax requirements.
• Submission of ad‑hoc analysis in support of Group reporting and decision making.
• Participate in system enhancements / implementations.
• Support the necessary overseas expansion finance requirement, if needed.
• Involve in ad‑hoc duties as and when assigned.

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or pursuing relevant professional qualifications.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar role.
• Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, Macros is an advantage).
• Experience with audit background and/or F&B and regional exposure is an advantage.
• Meticulous and keen eye for details; strong financial analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team in a fast‑paced environment.
