Finance & Insurance; F&I) Manager – Palladino Honda

Palladino Honda is part of the Palladino Auto Group. We’re looking for a driven F&I professional to help deliver a transparent, positive finance experience from handshake to keys.

As F&I Manager, you’ll be the final step in our customers’ buying experience. You’ll arrange vehicle financing and leasing, present protection and aftermarket products, and complete deal documentation accurately and in compliance with Ontario and federal requirements. You’ll work closely with the sales team and management to keep deals moving and customers confident in their purchase.

• Review customer credit applications and submit them to lenders, including manufacturer finance and bank partners, to secure competitive financing and lease approvals
• Structure deals that meet customer needs and lender requirements
• Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP, and other protection products, in a transparent, consultative way
• Prepare and complete purchase, finance, and lease contracts and related registration documents accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002, the OMVIC Code of Ethics, the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (including cost of borrowing disclosure), and applicable privacy legislation
• Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on lender programs and guidelines
• Follow up on funding, contracts in transit, and outstanding documentation
• Meet monthly goals for product penetration, per-vehicle profit, and customer satisfaction
• Keep deal files organized and audit-ready

Required

• Valid OMVIC registration (or willingness to obtain before starting)
• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and an acceptable driving abstract
• Strong working knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and F&I products
• Understanding of dealership compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

Asset

• 2+ years of F&I experience in a franchised dealership
• Experience with dealer management and menu-selling software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, Dealer track, Route One)
• A track record of strong product penetration and customer satisfaction
