Location: River Valley
Patient Service Officer - Multiple locations island-wide, clinic #HZOT
Duration: 3 months contract to perm
Working hours:
depends on each clinic - 5/5.5day workweek
Salary: up to $2800
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Able to apply basic patient care
- Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Job requirements:
- Minimum N/O/A/ nitec/ diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare industry or customer service
