As part of the Human Resources Department, you'll report to the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition. You will oversee full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions, ensuring a smooth process that aligns with Agnico Eagle’s values. Your expertise in targeted selection interviewing and industry best practices will be invaluable as you connect candidates with their ideal roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions
• Screen and identify the best candidates using established processes
• Coordinator interviews utilizing targeted selection methods
• Ensure smooth transitions from selection to onboarding
• Update job knowledge via continuous learning opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years in full-cycle recruitment
• Proficient with ATS and Linked In
• Knowledge of market trends and best practices
• Strong integrity and confidentiality skills
