Become a key player in Normet’s training initiatives as a Training Specialist. Deliver training sessions that enhance knowledge of innovative mining solutions and foster safety and productivity industry-wide.
In this role, you will lead technical training sessions to both internal personnel and customers, providing vital insights into Normet equipment. You’ll collaborate with various teams to improve training content and tackle product-related challenges, ensuring an engaging and informative experience. Your expertise will also support Normet's competency development plans across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct classroom and field training for diverse audiences
• Develop and update training materials and support props
• Assist in warranty investigations and root cause analyses
• Create comprehensive manuals for specific applications
• Facilitate localized training sessions and customer visits
Requirements:
• Background in technical training or mining industry
• Strong understanding of HSEQ safety practices
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
• Legal eligibility to work in the assigned country
