Draganfly Innovations is on the lookout for a Program Manager in Law Enforcement Operations to guide field teams and enhance mission efficacy. Utilize your law enforcement background to coordinate training, field deployment, and product testing, ensuring the integration of UAV technology into real-world situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Senior Field Application Specialists focusing on execution

• Coordinate training, demos, and product deployment activities

• Develop SOPs and workflows for scalable operations

• Ensure alignment on product knowledge and operational standards

• Provide insights for UAS integration into workflows

Requirements:

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (required)

• 6+ years UAS operations in law enforcement

• Field support experience in customer-facing roles

• Familiarity with UAS systems and troubleshooting

• Proven ability to apply drones in mission scenarios
