We seek an experienced candidate with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in US Payroll. Responsibilities include configuring payroll processes, ensuring adherence to taxation requirements, and managing related compliance matters. Your collaborative efforts across various teams will drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and management

• Manage payroll processing activities, including Quick Pay

• Ensure compliance with US payroll legislation

• Design Fast Formulas for payroll functionalities

• Create and maintain payroll reports using Oracle tools
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll

• Solid knowledge of payroll systems and regulations

• Experience with HDL for data migration

• Proven problem-solving and communication skills
