In this role, you will support the IT Foundation Program by collaborating with business leaders and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution. Your responsibilities include creating testing scenarios, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring alignment between IT and Commercial processes to capture business value effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent assigned business processes end-to-end
• Collaborate to ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Participate in developing testing scripts and scenarios
• Execute rigorous testing cycles and document results
• Manage training materials and user readiness activities
Requirements:
• Degree in mining or relevant experience
• Proven SAP implementation knowledge
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively and solve problems
• Experience with data validation and change management
