As part of BFG Enterprise Services, you will offer on-site technical support, ensuring customer systems are operational and efficient. Proficiency in troubleshooting and familiarity with POS systems are vital. Your ability to travel on demand and work rotating shifts will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute hardware troubleshooting and repairs on-site
• Test and install networking components and infrastructure
• Follow safety protocols to maintain work area integrity
• Interact professionally with clients and team members
• Report on field work and liaise with technical support
Requirements:
• CompTIA A+ Certification essential
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in field services
• Valid driver’s licence required for vehicle use
• Experience in retail environment advantageous
• Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
