MVP Program Operations Manager (AI & Automation) Key

About the Role

• Job Title: Program Operations Manager
• Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Execute automation workflows for the MVP Program using AI tools, Agents, and CLIs.
• Author and maintain structured knowledge content to support AI-assisted workflows (e.g., copilots, prompt libraries, automation pipelines).
• Triage and resolve support cases from MVP Program members, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
• Partner with program stakeholders to define requirements for automation and operational improvements.
• Contribute to the design and iteration of AI-assisted support experiences (e.g., prompt engineering, response templates, knowledge grounding).
• Track and report on recurring issues, gaps, and operational risks.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions with modern frameworks, tools, cloud services, APIs, and data services.
• Experience working with issue or ticket management systems (e.g., Git Hub Issues, Azure Dev Ops, Jira).
• Experience using Git-based workflows and tools such as Git Hub and VS Code.
• Comfort working with command-line tools and scripts to automate tasks.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot) in a productivity or workflow context.

Location: Remote

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual (salary) for this position is between ($90, CAD annually). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: health care and dental care. You are also eligible for the Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and the Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA). Employees entitled to two weeks' vacation must receive 4% of their earnings as vacation pay for the year for which the vacation is taken.
