Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to drive execution across multiple engineering, data, and product work streams. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering results on time and within scope. This role is critical in helping us scale our platform, deliver features efficiently, and maintain agile collaboration across remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, roadmap tracking, and delivery timelines for engineering and data teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, tech leads, and data scientists to define and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers across projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
• Ensure projects align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews) and improve team velocity.
• Track and manage deliverables across multiple services and integrations in a SaaS and AWS environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager, program manager, or engineering manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. A Master’s degree in a relevant field or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe) is a plus
• Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud infrastructure, and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects in environments using AWS ,
  Python/Django ,
  Redshift ,
  Glue , or Sage Maker is preferable.
• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, design).
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira ,
  Asana ,
  Trello , or Click Up .
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in SaaS, retail tech, or data platforms.
• Technical fluency in backend systems, data pipelines, and ML workflows.
• Familiarity with Git Hub, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.
