Cloud Program Manager

Position: Entrust Cloud Program Manager Role
Location: Greater Sudbury

Lead cloud-managed services initiatives with Entrust as a Cloud Technical Program Manager, working from Shakopee, Minnesota, Ottawa, Canada, or Paris, France. Achieve operational efficiency through strategic collaboration with various internal teams.

In this role, you will leverage 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management to establish seamless communication between Entrust and cloud service partners. Your skillset will enhance program execution across Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success teams. This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence in our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison for cloud services coordination

• Drive cross-functional projects across internal teams

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and change processes

• Oversee security compliance and risk management initiatives

• Manage the full release lifecycle and KPIs

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience

• Minimum of 5 years focused on SaaS or cloud

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and CI/CD

• Experience with observability and security compliance

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
