Position: Eastlink Bilingual Tier 1 Support Specialist
Location: Greater Sudbury

Empower clients with Eastlink as a Bilingual Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist. This remote role includes assisting customers with Internet, Cable, and Telephone issues, contributing to superior service across business and residential needs.

As a candidate fluent in French and English, you will utilize your analytical and communication skills to provide stellar support. You'll manage multiple case resolutions within a results-oriented landscape, participating actively in team collaborations while taking ownership of individual cases. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical support across various service categories

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• 1-2 years' experience in technical support desired
