Join our team as an Epiroc Technical Service Specialist in a hybrid position covering Canada. Provide hands-on support to diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers.
Seeking highly skilled individuals with a focus on Epiroc equipment and relevant certification. This role involves field testing, quality assurance, and collaborating with the Product Specialist Team to enhance customer satisfaction. Strong communication in both official languages is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Walk customers through diagnosing technical problems
• Field test product solutions for improvements
• Collaborate with Product Specialists on applications
• Ensure quality assurance in shop and field settings
• Conduct major warranty investigations and claims
Requirements:
• Must possess knowledge of Epiroc equipment
• Heavy Equipment/Electrical Red Seal Certification preferred
• Understanding of control and hydraulic systems
• Problem-solving skills and excellent time management
• Communicate fluently in both official languages
