Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues

• Perform data integrity assessments for ERP systems
• Create user support materials and conduct training
• Conduct requirement analysis for system improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or technical field
• 5 to 8 years of Kinaxis Maestro support experience
• Level 2 Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification required
• Strong functional knowledge of supply chain business processes
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
