Commercial Support Business Analyst Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate successful design and validation for IT systems

• Generate and execute comprehensive test scripts and documentation

• Assist in developing training materials and delivery

• Map and manage risks within enterprise initiatives

Requirements:

• Relevant mining or equivalent degree

• Experience in SAP implementation or heavy operational use

• Strong analytical skillset and structured thinking

• Effective cross-functional communication abilities

• Capability to synthesize complex information
