Research and Data Management Manager

Lead impactful research and data initiatives as the Research and Data Management Manager. Utilize your expertise in evaluation and analytics to drive project success and stakeholder engagement.

This managerial role focuses on overseeing research and data projects within the RDM function. You will plan and execute evaluations and manage data systems while ensuring robust, timely outputs. The position requires a self-directed problem solver skilled in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, engaging stakeholders, and creating actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate research and evaluation projects successfully

• Ensure ethical standards in data collection and analysis

• Lead data cleaning, management, and insight generation

• Collaborate with IT to enhance data processes and governance

• Engage stakeholders to clarify needs and surface assumptions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in research or data analytics

• Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods

• Proficient in data analytics tools and software

• Demonstrated project leadership in diverse environments

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
