MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
Supply Planning
- Review sales trends and stock level to facilitate purchases
- Co-ordinate with affiliates / vendors to assess product availability
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders to affiliates / vendors
- Arrange and verify shipment schedule
- Update all relevant parties for the shipment schedule
- Generate reports and amend product attributes in SAP system when necessary
- To review inventory level, cost control, 3PL performance
- Updates of product information through SAP system
- Monthly / weekly procurement administrative assistance on reports, data on sales & inventory info checking
- Coordinate on inbound shipments with freight forwarder and 3PL warehouse
- Coordinate on outbound shipments to Asia clients (local / exports); inform clients on shipment details and send shipping documents
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders on any operational matters
- To assist the team / department / company to achieve relevant KPIs as set by the management
Logistics
- Manage Return-to-Vendor (RTV) requests and Credit Note (CN) processing.
- Monitor delivery status and provide shipment updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate inbound operations with 3PL providers for non-inventorized products.
- Create and process pot list orders, including FOC, exchange, and damage charge-out orders.
- Monitor and manage near-expiry inventory to minimize stock losses.
- Verify product returns and update inventory records in the system.
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Maintain non-inventorized FOC records and support billing verification activities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across logistics and supply planning to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
2.
EDUCATION:
(Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training)
Diploma in Supply Chain management or related discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent
3. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
REQUIRED:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement.
Strong computer knowledge in Excel.
Candidates with experience in SAP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems will have an added advantage.
4. PERSONALITY TRAIT:
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight datelines.
Pro-active, capable to work independently and yet a team player.
