This position requires strong analytical skills and collaboration across various teams, including Sales and Production, to ensure effective supply chain coordination. Your contributions will directly support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for production and service

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consensus forecasting

• Monitor forecasting models and planning performance metrics

• Establish inventory policies to enhance service levels

• Analyze inventory performance to improve working capital efficiency

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in demand and production planning

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and forecasting methodologies

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

• APICS/ASCM certification preferred
