As a Purchasing Administrator, you will join a friendly procurement team and report to the Senior Buyer. Your responsibilities include raising purchase orders, contacting suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries. You'll also support customer service efforts by providing updates and alternative options for customers, all while building expertise in procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and manage purchase orders for stock items

• Contact suppliers for order confirmations and acknowledgements

• Flag delivery issues to the sales team for rapid resolution

• Maintain Excel stock and pricing spreadsheets accurately

• Support customer service with up-to-date delivery information

Requirements:
