Construction Materials Coordinator

Coordinate construction materials for Nikita Construction in Sudbury, Ontario, using procurement expertise and organized supply management. This full-time role supports timely site delivery.

The Construction Material Coordinator manages material procurement within Northland Properties’ Construction and Design department. You will coordinate suppliers, purchase orders, inventory records, deliveries, inspections, costs, storage, and material forecasting. Collaboration with site leadership, project teams, contractors, and internal partners supports efficient construction supply management.

• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of construction materials
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and equipment conditions
• Track inventory, material usage, consumption, and costs
• Create purchase orders and resolve delivery discrepancies
• Maintain material reports, storage, inspections, and safety compliance

• Two years of experience in similar roles
• Working knowledge of Outlook, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented problem solver with initiative and strong work ethic
