Location: Greater SudburyJob Description Forecasts and prioritizes all “scheduled” and “unscheduled” work. Works with both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers to direct/ coordinate the following events into a service repair site:Support over-the-road breakdowns/ Unscheduled workScheduled issuesMajor EDVIR’sCheck engine faultsIsaac/ TGI issuesCollision repair routingOil samplePreventative maintenanceKey
Duties and Responsibilities:Forecasting/ Scheduling Repairs & ServicesStudies the driver's reports to determine the nature of the repair and confers with the maintenance coordinator to schedule itOverflow work that cannot be completed in-house will need to be routed to a supporting TP and then passed over to be managed by the outsourcing groupCoordinate all service switches and manage “M” units replacement fleetAudit and ensure compliance with the following:“Equipment Out”“100 over 60” spreadsheetAsset service requirements outlined (B620, dedicated fleets, general fleet)Review and assist in maintaining the local “Facility Planner”Support as needed Outsource / Sublet RepairsHelp with directing and authorizing all third-party maintenance repairsProfiling and uploading data into the Maintenance software for recordsOther duties may be assignedQualifications
