We are seeking a Division Lead for our Driveway Maintenance Crew. As the Division Lead, you will perform a wide variety of asphalt/driveway projects for various clients across the city.

Our Driveway Maintenance Division Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of 2-3 crew members to complete residential and commercial projects on our client's driveways and parking lots

• Use equipment to perform asphalt crack filling, seal coating, and minor asphalt repairs
• Assist with sales, estimating, and marketing efforts to procure projects
• Assist in the scheduling and operational planning of the division
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager and clients
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
• Additional tasks as required

• A G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
• You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
• Experience in sales is an asset
