We are currently seeking a Worksite Supervisor to join our team in Sudbury, Ontario
.

• Perform general cleaning duties while leading by example
• Supervise and support janitorial staff
• Maintain strong communication with team members and management
• Order and manage cleaning supplies
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure service standards are met
• Train and onboard new employees
• Respond to and complete work orders as required

• Previous janitorial or supervisory experience is considered an asset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Must be able to obtain a satisfactory background check

• Location: Sudbury, ON
• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
