We are currently seeking a  Worksite Supervisor  to join our team in  Sudbury, Ontario .
Responsibilities   Perform general cleaning duties while leading by example
Supervise and support janitorial staff
Maintain strong communication with team members and management
Order and manage cleaning supplies
Conduct quality inspections to ensure service standards are met
Train and onboard new employees
Respond to and complete work orders as required
Qualifications   Previous janitorial or supervisory experience is considered an asset
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Must be able to obtain a satisfactory background check

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
