In this pivotal role, you will ensure accurate work order management through Oracle CMMS, support procurement, and facilitate communication across various technical teams. Your expertise in project management and maintenance planning will be crucial in developing operational strategies that prioritize safety and production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed weekly and long-range maintenance schedules
• Coordinate regular meetings among operations and maintenance teams
• Organize maintenance budgets for projects
• Lead weekly coordination meetings to finalize schedules
• Develop KPI reports and dashboards using Power BI
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in a relevant field
• Over 10 years of experience in maintenance planning
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and project management tools
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Competence with budgeting and KPI management
