As a vital member of the BGIS team, you'll operate in various zones to ensure clean and safe spaces. The role emphasizes quality control and requires experience in cleaning duties, floor maintenance, and health and safety regulations. Your commitment to environmentally responsible practices will directly impact client satisfaction and workplace atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and polish hard surface floors using appropriate techniques

• Operate floor maintenance machinery, including scrubbers and buffers

• Handle waste management and ensure cleanliness in assigned areas

• Follow safety protocols for chemical usage and equipment

• Report maintenance needs and maintain cleaning supplies

Requirements:

• Experience in institutional cleaning and maintenance

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including WHMIS

• Ability to lift heavy items and climb ladders

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

• Flexibility to work various shifts and locations
