Position: BGIS Facility Maintenance Technician
Become a pivotal part of BGIS as a General Repair Technician III, maintaining essential facility systems and ensuring safety measures are met. Engage directly with HVAC and mechanical systems to enhance operational performance.

As a full-time Technician, you'll be tasked with performing inspections and maintenance work while complying with safety, environmental, and health regulations. With at least three years of experience in facility operations, you will also manage vendor relations and lead project initiatives to promote consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems

• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations

• Document inspections and manage work order life cycle

• Coordinate with vendors for efficient repair services

• Enhance tenant satisfaction by minimizing equipment downtime

Requirements:

• High school diploma and certification in trades required
