Undercarriage Rebuilder

Toromont Cat is looking to add an Undercarriage Rebuilder to the Sudbury Team! Our Undercarriage Rebuilders play a key role in providing mechanical expertise on the assembly of equipment.

Full Time, Permanent

$29.96

• Assemble Caterpillar Dealership undercarriage components, complete minor welding and fasten hardware
• Order parts and maintain awareness of delivery time
• Schedule work at the bench and maintain/control work flow
• Follow Caterpillar reusability Guidelines and remain current on Caterpillar updates.
• Participate in safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours and objectives at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy/Programs and best practice

• Mechanical experience in either automotive components and/or sub-assemblies
• Experience with welding techniques and oxygen acetylene torches (An asset)
• Experience working with assembly plans and guidelines
• Valid driver’s license
