Facility Maintenance Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect buildings and surrounding property regularly

• Execute preventive maintenance and repairs on systems

• Monitor and assist with HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems

• Respond to service requests and alarms urgently

• Perform groundskeeping and snow removal tasks

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance

• Familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems

• Must hold a valid Ontario G driver’s license
