Duties and Responsibilities:

Our state-of-the-art facility requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness of our production and office areas through performing preventive and routine janitorial duties.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Perform productive facility maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness of the outside grounds of the facility along with the production areas of the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, lunchroom and washrooms according to a set daily and weekly checklists
• Daily tasks include wiping, sanitizing and dusting various surfaces
• Restocking of supplies; soap, paper towel, toilet paper
• Managing site inventory
• Salting and sanding entryways in winter conditions
• Documenting completion of tasks
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Effectively communicate with Supervisors and Managers
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills/

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, squat, kneel, or sit according to task for up to 7 hours a day
• Comfortable working at heights indoors
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75lbs
• Punctual, positive, professional and helpful attitude
• Able to work as a team player among groups of people
• Strong awareness to time management
• Operate forklifts and tractors on site (training provided)
