Cleaner Position

Become a Cleaner with BEST - For a Cleaner World in Sudbury, Ontario. This casual, overnight position allows you to ensure facilities remain clean and safe.

You will work on a flexible, on-call schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6 AM. This role includes a variety of cleaning responsibilities, including floor care and waste management, contributing to a positive environment for clients and staff. You will use state-of-the-art cleaning equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and deep cleaning across various areas

• Carry out effective floor maintenance tasks

• Manage waste disposal appropriately

• Ensure compliance with sanitization standards

• Report cleaning equipment needs and issues

Requirements:

• Must pass a Canadian Background Check

• Previous custodial experience is an asset

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hazardous materials

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience operating cleaning machines preferred
