Be part of our Property Cleaning Team as a Property Cleaning Attendant, dedicated to ensuring our residential properties are clean and appealing. Your commitment to cleanliness will uplift the living experience for all residents.
In this role, you’ll clean common areas, assist in preparing units for new residents, and manage cleaning supplies. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining property standards. You will also be proactive in identifying maintenance and cleanliness needs while staying aligned with health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean entrances, hallways, and shared spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in vacant units for new arrivals
• Monitor and request cleaning supplies
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cleaning roles is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Flexible availability is required
