Join Horizon in Upper River Valley as a Groundskeeper / Equipment Operator. Your expertise in operating grounds equipment and performing maintenance will be crucial in maintaining the area's beauty.
This permanent full-time position involves varied schedules, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Candidates will operate a snowplow, handle lawn care, and maintain premises. A strong background in driving a one-ton truck and snowplowing is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow for winter maintenance tasks
• Salt, sand, and shovel snow from entrances
• Fertilize, mow, and weed lawns effectively
• Trim trees and shrubs as needed
• Collect litter and maintain clean grounds
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Valid driver's license is required
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience
• Previous snowplowing experience is essential
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
