Join our team as a Maintenance Manager specializing in the automotive sector. Ensure efficient functioning of plant equipment and lead maintenance activities.
This role requires a dynamic Maintenance Manager with 5-7 years of supervisory experience in automotive or high-speed manufacturing. You will manage budgets, develop maintenance programs, and provide technical support for ongoing projects. Emphasis will be placed on continuous improvement in line with compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance operations and scheduling
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets
• Execute preventive maintenance for optimal uptime
• Develop metrics for performance evaluation and improvements
• Oversee management of maintenance supplies and equipment
Requirements:
• Postsecondary education is essential
• Minimum 5-7 years in a management role
• Licensed Skilled Tradesperson in Ontario
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage time effectively
