CGS is seeking a dedicated Water Treatment Operator to support its facilities for up to 18 months. Key responsibilities include acting as Operator-In-Charge, performing inspections, and managing operational adjustments. You’ll also collect samples, maintain records, and assist in training employees, contributing to the overall efficiency of water operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Operator-In-Charge for water facilities

• Perform facility inspections and operational adjustments

• Monitor equipment performance and report issues

• Collect samples and conduct laboratory tests

• Maintain grounds and perform minor repairs

Requirements:

• Valid Water Treatment Level I Certificate required

• One year experience in a water treatment facility

• Secondary School diploma or relevant post-secondary education

• Proficient in CMMS, MS Office, and SCADA software

• Physically capable of lifting 20 kgs and working in confined spaces
