Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Supervisor to oversee and coordinate industrial operations within our organization. The Industrial Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations while maintaining a high level of productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industrial sector, with a strong understanding of industrial processes and safety regulations. Possessing a DZ license, vac truck experience, and high-pressure water blasting experience are considered valuable assets for this role.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily industrial operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of industrial workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

Ensure efficient use of resources, such as equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Train and mentor employees on proper industrial techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and maintenance as required.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of industrial projects.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards, operational inefficiencies, or quality issues, taking appropriate corrective actions.

Maintain accurate documentation, including production reports, incident reports, and employee records.

Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations to implement best practices and ensure compliance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical qualifications are advantageous.

Proven experience in an industrial supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

Possession of a valid DZ license is an asset.

Experience with operating and maintaining vac trucks is an asset.

Familiarity with high pressure water blasting techniques and equipment is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.

Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
