As a Production Supervisor (Planner/Scheduler), you will enhance operational efficiency and manage production targets while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of production safety and quality targets

• Oversee planning and scheduling for effective workflow

• Coordinate delivery of materials and work orders

• Lead discussions on risk management and safety practices

• Monitor and manage overtime within guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in planning

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP tools

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Exposure to mining or heavy industry is beneficial
